At the center is the symbol for Saturn. 

Lilith's connection to Saturn is rooted a lot deeper than many people are aware.

In Qabbalah, Qliphoth, and Goetic Magic religions Thomas Karlsson claims that Lilith’s true throne is within the Qlipha known as Satorial (Lucifuge/Saturn). 

According to Dion Fortune, a British occultist, author, and psychotherapist,  Lilith is comparable to an inversion of the Sephira known as Binah. Binah is attributed to the planet Saturn and is considered to be a feminine manifestation of Jehovah’s power

Around the Saturnalia is a frame of repeated, inversted crescent moons.

Lilith's glyph makes up the bail.
