All our products are original designs created by the owner of the Brand, who identifies as a Witch as has been a practitioner for over twenty-five years. They are created with not only love and intentions but with symbology, both obvious and hidden, and knowledge that only members of the Witch community recognize and are familiar with. We pride ourselves on the uniqueness and spirituality each of our concepts provide. If you see these designs anywhere else online- they are likely overseas knockoffs, and we advise you not to purchase. We only wholesale to independently owned brick and mortar stores. Due to the nature of the process and the cost of the materials, placing a custom order for just one item ends up being very expensive. So the best alternative I have is taking requets and suggestions. If you have a concept idea you'd like to see come to life feel free to contact me to discuss!
The answer is generally yes! If you see that something is sold out it will usually be back in stock within 3 weeks. If I discontinue an item or decide not to restock something for a while, I will remove the product listing to help avoid confusion! You can sign up for emails to receive restock notifications.

All the silver pieces are blend of zinc and steel with a galvanized finish.
he gold pieces are a 9 ct gold. They contain 27% gold and a blend of zinc and copper.

Shipping & Returns

We will select the best carrier and method of shipping based on the size and weight of the products you order. Product minimums will be in effect on certain items.
Please allow a 2-3 business day production time for your order to ship out for all hair fashion and jewelry items. Please allow a 7–10 business day production time on all personalized, customized, and made to order items.
Average transit times are 3-5 business days for US orders and 10-21 business days for all international orders. Tracking numbers will be updated and emailed when the order has shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after seven business days, please email us at ContactUs@ImaginedByNell.com
You will not be charged for any items that are not shipped, back ordered items will only be charged once they have been dispatched. Delivery service is to your door. Delivery does not include unpacking or assembly.
We kindly ask that you double check, triple check, even quadruple check that the delivery address is correct. If you are submitting payment through PayPal, ApplePay, or ShopPay we further encourage you to verify your shipping and billing information is up to date on the direct payment platform, as these platforms will often override any shipping information you manually submit with the information they have recorded on your registered account. While it is imperative that your shipping information is up to date and accurate, we understand that mistakes can happen. While we cannot guarantee a shipping address change, if you realize there is an error you may notify us via chat or reply to the confirmation email and request a new delivery address. If the order has not been processed for fulfillment, then we can update it. If the order has been processed for fulfillment (which in some cases can begin immediately) no refunds or cancellations will be issued. Making sure the information is correct is the best way to avoid any accidents or disappointment.
