Nyx Hair-Dagger

Inspired by the Greek Goddess Nyx. Primordial Goddess of the night sky.

A walk through the art:

At the hilt and handles are three crescent moons. Alone, the crescent moon symbolizes the divine feminine. Together they form a triple moon, symbolizing the maiden, the mother, and the crone.

The center of the hilt features a pentacle, a sacred symbol representing the four elements, earth, air, fire, and water, connected by spirit.

The chaos symbol completes the design, representing the Goddess Nyx’s inherent connection to primordial chaos, the foundation from which all creation emerges.

Down the blade are falling starts, representing the magic and beauty of the night sky.

Materials: Steel and zinc alloy, nickel and lead-free

Dimensions: Approx. 6.5 inches long

Uses: while it is designed to be a hair-stick, hair-sword, or hair-dagger, it can also be used as an athame, altar decor, letter opener, bookmark, decor for a potted plant, a prop for an art doll, or tucked into a belt, thigh garter, or hat band. I'm sure there are even more ways to slay.
