General Processing Times (the length of time it takes for us to fulfill, package, and get your order into the hands of the USPS carrier)

2-3 Days on ready to ship items, 3-10 days on made to order items.

To get you your items as fast as possible, we may ship your order in multiple packages that arrive on different days.

Shipping confirmation

As a part of every order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase and a notification email including your tracking number once the order has been shipped. Upon receiving the shipping confirmation email, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to update. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within seven days of placing your order, please contact us. 

In regard to incorrect address submissions

We kindly ask that you double check, triple check, even quadruple check that the delivery address is correct. If you are submitting payment through PayPal, ApplePay, or Shop Pay we further encourage you to verify your shipping and billing information is up to date on the direct payment platform, as these platforms will often override any shipping information you manually submit with the information they have recorded on your registered account. While it is imperative that your shipping information is up to date and accurate, we understand that mistakes can happen. While we cannot guarantee a shipping address change, if you realize there is an error you may notify us via chat or reply to the confirmation email and request a new delivery address. If the order has not been processed for fulfillment, then we can update it. If the order has been processed for fulfillment (which in some cases can begin immediately) no refunds or cancellations will be issued. Making sure the information is up to date and accurate is the best way to ensure successful delivery and avoid disappointment.

In regard to packages that are returned to sender due to incorrect address submissions

Packages that have been automatically returned to sender by the carrier due to "Insufficient Address", "No such address" or "Unable to Forward" will automatically be refunded to the buyer on their original form of payment upon package receipt minus a $4.00 reshelving fee. 

Shipping Insurance

We take great care to package your order securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, we understand that issues such as loss, theft, or damage can sometimes occur during the transit process. 

Adding shipping insurance to your order provides extra protection, covering these potential risks. If an insured order encounters a problem, we will assist you in the replacing the item/s or refunding your order. 

Choosing shipping insurance offers peace of mind and ensures your purchase is protected every step of the way.

Shipping insurance does not cover incorrect address submissions.

How do I file a shipping insurance claim if my order is lost, stolen, or damaged?

If your order was lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, we're here to help. To file a claim please contact us at ContactUs@ImaginedByNell.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue (e.g. missing package, damaged items)
  • Photos of any damage, if applicable

We will review your claim and guide you through the next steps to resolve the issue promptly. Claims involving damage must be submitted 7 business day of receipt of package. Claims involving missing packages must be submitted within 15 days of the estimated delivery date.

Based on your preferred resolution your order will either be reshipped, or you will receive a full refund.
