Hestia Hair-Sword 

Inspired by the Greek Goddess Hestia. Goddess of the hearth and home.

A walk through the art:

A crescent moon makes up the backdrop. Symbolizing the divine feminine.

At the hilt, a sculpted campfire flickers with steady flames. Nestled in its center is a single red stone that catches the light like a live ember, symbolizing the eternal fire she tends.

The handles are formed from wheat grain, honoring Hestia's association with nourishment and domestic ritual. 

Just below the handles the Sigil of Hestia is carved into the hilt, grounding the design in sacred intention.

Down the blade, a moon phase sequence stretches through flames, echoing the rhythms of time, presence, and the eternal return to center. Each detail honors Hestia’s essence, steady, cyclical, and quietly essential.

Materials: Silver finish: Zinc and steel blend, Gold finish: steel with an 8kt gold plating. nickel and lead-free

Dimensions: 6.5 inches long

Uses: while it is designed to be a hair-stick, hair-sword, or hair-dagger, it can also be used as an athame, altar decor, letter opener, bookmark, decor for a potted plant, a prop for an art doll, or tucked into a belt, thigh garter, or hat band. I'm sure there are even more ways to slay.
